From the Midlands and the North follow motorways and A roads to Kings Lynn and then the A148 to Fakenham and Cromer. Follow the one-way system through Cromer Town and turn left onto the C1159 at the traffic lights.

From the South and South East follow motorways and A roads to Norwich (Ring Road) and then follow signs for the A140 and Cromer. Depending on your vehicle (particularly if you are towing) there are two alternative routes to Overstrand. The best route is via the A140/A149 sign posted Cromer and turn right at the mini roundabout into Cromwell Road signed B1159 Overstrand.

Overstrand village is on the B1159 2 miles east of Cromer. Follow signs to Overstrand and, just beyond the garage, you will see Overstrand High Street. Drive past this turning and, just past the garden centre (on the right), turn left into Carr Lane. Ivy Farm Holiday Park is half way down the road on the right. Our reception is situated at the farm house entrance (follow the signs inside the park).
